Massage is an important part of your health maintenance and has many benefits. It helps to reduce muscle tension, increase circulation, improve sleep, relieve stress, remove toxins from the body, increase joint mobility, improve flexibility and more.
Relaxation Massage: the perfect way to unwind and de-stress. A combination of long stroke massage is used with warm aromatic Argan Oil of your choice. It will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated – a real body, mind and soul treatment.
Slimming Massage: specific massage techniques are used to promote body slimming by breaking up fat cells. Our 100% Argan oil works to improve cellulite and stretch-marks. Combined with exercise and healthy eating, this massage will help you become your best.
Deep Tissue Massage: the best treatment for aching muscles and tired bodies. It realigns deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue by using firm and deep pressure to reduce chronic muscle pain, back pain and leg stiffness.
Thai Massage: oil-free traditional Thai-style massage combining pressure point techniques on specific muscles with stretching. It uses passive stretching and firm pressure to increase flexibility and relieve muscle and joint tension while balancing the body’s energy levels.

One massage weekly is ideal for optimal body & mind health. If you want to relax even more, or if you have sore muscles from training that you want to relieve quickly, more than once weekly is best.
You can ask our Massage Therapists any time regarding which type of massage is best for you and the frequency at which you should take them.
You can be as covered as you like, and our massage therapists are professional and discreet. Using oil, it is best to be uncovered and use our disposable underwear and bra provided to avoid oil on your clothing (or you can continue to wear own underwear for the treatment if that is more comfortable for you). You will be completely covered in a towel and only the body part being massaged at any given time will be exposed to therapist.
Please note: Thai massage is without oil, therefore be sure to wear loose and comfortable clothing like sportswear.
Try to have eaten well in advance before your massage appointment to ensure your meal has been digested. It is best to rehydrate with water afterwards to flush out the toxins that have been released during your massage.
This is dependant on the type of Massage you choose. The Massages which apply firm pressure (e.g. Thai, Deep Tissue and Slimming) will most likely result in some muscle soreness but do not worry, as this is completely normal to do so.

You can start having massage as soon as you feel ready after giving birth. This varies for everyone and may be different from one woman to another. Our professional advice is to give your body some rest directly following delivery, see how you feel, and when you are ready you can start. Please note; following caesarean section we require your doctors clearance for massage to be extra safe.
